Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Most of our metal artwork, and paintings are handmade and therefore require 2-4 weeks to process. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as fast as possible. 

Paintings: are handmade and require 2-4 week for our artist to complete. After the painting is made, it will be sent to the framing company to be framed. Upon return, the painting will be carefully packaged, and shipped off to you. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. 

Printed Canvas: There is not a long turnaround period for this kind of artwork. It is usually in stock and ready to be shipped. We ship in stock items within 48 of receiving your order.

Wooden/Acrylic/Metal: All these items are made to order, they will require 1-3 weeks notice. 

We aim to have most stock at hand most of the time. If you would like to place an urgent order, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would love to help you inshaAllah. 

What about shipping?

We are Sydney Based, in Australia. How long will it take to receive your order depends on your location from us. After we fulfil your order, you should receive your order within 5-7 days if you are Australia based. New Zealand, US and UK orders will take approx 20 days.
