Returns Policy at My Muslim Home

At My Muslim Home your satisfaction is our very first priority. We want to ensure that each piece we have, finds its home.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you feel that your purchase does not belong in your home; please email us directly to: info@mymuslimhome.com.au

- Use the email address you placed when making the order.

- Attach photos and the reason you are unhappy with your item.

We will contact you and let you know how we will proceed. 

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for change of mind. But you're welcome to swap/ exchange/credit note within 14 days of date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also be liable for all shipping costs of the return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and all the details of the purchase: (item name,date and price).

Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or have any missing parts will not be exchanged.
